- Self-performing contractor who excels in your trade(s)
- Experienced service provider with properly allocated trucks
- General Liability Insurance with AA listed as "Additional Insured"
- Minimum $1-million in Auto Insurance
- Applicable workers compensation based on state requirements
- Must provide certificate of insurance for all coverage
